EURO RGB EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The Executive Committee (EC) of the Euro RGB is made of three members:

A Chairman

1st Vice-Chairman

2nd Vice-Chairman

+ a non-voting secretary

Their role includes:

Regular Meetings: convening regular meetings to discuss relevant current events and address questions
Initiative and Issue Resolution: taking the initiative on behalf of the Euro RGB to resolve ongoing issues within a reasonable framework that does not necessitate the presence of the entire body
Reporting: reporting to the Euro RGB on significant developments in current events
Exceptional Meetings: calling for exceptional meetings of the entire body when necessary
Agenda Preparation and Chairing: preparing the agenda for the two yearly meetings of the Euro RGB and chairing these meetings
